1. CONSULTATION

Please fill out the contact form to tell me more about your needs and confirm my calendar availability.


2. QUOTE

After we discuss your project, I’ll provide you with a price quote to review.


3. DEPOSIT & CONTRACT

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your place on the calendar. A contract will be provided along with the invoice. This contract outlines The Crystal Quill’s policies and must be signed before any work can begin.

Guest list and stationery must be received before your assigned date. A rush fee will be applied if list/stationery is late and a reschedule cannot be accommodated.

Your guest list may be submitted in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, or Google Sheets format (no PDFs, please!). Please ensure names are typed exactly as you would like them written. You can download a free guest list template here.

4. PRODUCTION

Once I have received your stationary, you will receive one photo proof via email so you may approve the style and layout before I proceed with the job.


5. ADDITIONS

Last minute additions can be accommodated. Please send additions in a separate document.


6. PAYMENT & DELIVERY

The remaining balance for your order must be received prior to shipping. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. Items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, unless requested otherwise, and a tracking number will be provided.

Local pick-up can be arranged for Dallas-Fort Worth area clients.
